Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments and develop individualised intervention plans. - Implement behaviour strategies to support with behavioural needs. - Monitor and analyse behavioural data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as needed. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, occupational therapist s, and speech and language therapist s, to ensure a holistic approach to each child's care. - Provide training and support to staff, promoting consistent and effective behaviour management strategies. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress reports. Flexible working hours across 3 homes at 8-16 hours a week. Qualifications and Experience: - A degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field. - Certification in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) or as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) is highly desirable. - Proven experience working with children with learning disabilities and autism in a similar role. - Strong understanding of behaviour analysis principles and evidence-based intervention strategies. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of children with learning disabilities and autism.
