Opportunity of permanent employment for the right candidate Ongoing Work - rota given a week in advance Weekly Pay - this is a PAYE vacancy so holiday pay accrued separately On-site Canteen / Vending machines Training Provided Immediate Starts Minimum 5 hours guaranteed to be paid each day Day to Day Duties Delivering and collecting from between 6 - 8 stores per day maximum You will work any 5 days over 7 on a rota basis, starting at 0600 each day Shifts will be between 5 -10 hours per day depending on the run you are allocated You are guaranteed to be paid a minimum of 5 hours per day Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management Assist with loaded and unloading of vehicle at start & end of each shift Essential Skills Hold a valid UK Category B Driving Licence Have held your licence for minimum 2 years due to our clients insurance No more than six penalty points for minor infringements no major endorsement codes can be accepted Must have good knowledge of UK road network Must be able to speak and read a good level of English Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations Must be over the age of 21 Desirable Experience Experience driving any commercial vehicles would be beneficial Previous experience in multi drop experience will be beneficial Training Driver's Assessment will have to be completed.
