An opportunity has arisen at The Pods for a Quality Customer Experience Coordinator to join the team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.
The role of a Quality Customer Experience Coordinator is to proactively develop and implement a quality, customer focused experience. The successful candidate will lead the front of house team to ensure that customers are greeted in a friendly, welcoming environment and they will be instrumental in developing and promoting excellence in customer service within the North Lincolnshire leisure centres and hub models.
What we’re looking for in a successful candidate:
* Someone with experience of leading and developing a professional high performing team which focusses on excellence in customer service.
* Someone with experience of developing, implementing and acting on customer insight to improve service.
* Someone with experience in planning and monitoring performance against a range of agreed indicators.
* Someone who is familiar with CRM systems and practices
