Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant role:

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, your focus will be on assisting the classroom leader in delivering high quality, engaging lesson plans. You may work in small groups or even 1:1 with students who are falling behind on their academic progress – developing strategies with the support team to re-engage these students and break down their barriers to learning.
In the crucial early stages of development, emotional and social development are a particular point of focus. As such, the successful Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant candidates will use their emotional intelligence and natural compassion to support young learners as they take their first steps into academia and learn how to socialise.
