Are you an experienced Multi-Site Manager looking for your next permanent role? We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Site Manager to manage our Packed Products sites at Eaton Hall & Crown Farm working closely with our Supply Chain, Sales and Logistics teams. You will be accountable for the health and safety of all site staff, site compliance, budgetary control, planning of production and all matters relating to material supply from the site. The Multi-Site Manager will be required to work at both sites throughout the week, including employee management for the respective sites. Main responsibilities: As the successful Multi-Site Manager, you will report to theRegional Operations Manager and be responsible for all work undertaken within the Packing Plants including infrastructure. The role will also involve customer focus and liaison work, working with the sales team to grow products. On a day to day basis, duties and responsibilities of the Multi-Site Manager will include (not exhaustive): Leading and managing all Tarmac UK and contractor personnel working in the Packing Plant areas, with safety as the key priority Ensuring compliance with all relevant HSE legislation Developing and maintaining the Packing Plants health and safety and compliance documents to fully meet the ISO requirements Implementing and ensuring compliance with Tarmac health and safety systems / standards and best practices Ensuring that all works undertaken in the Packing Plants are risk assessed, and safe-working procedures are put in place Ensuring that all accidents and incidents are reported and fully investigated, and corrective action taken as necessary Project management of projects within the Packing Plants within agreed timescales and budget The ideal candidate: The ideal Multi-Site Manager will have proven experience of undertaking risk assessments and developing safe working procedures alongside managing teams and staff development. The ideal Multi-Site Manager will be able to demonstrate the following: Excellent customer engagement skills and the ability to focus on the customer Project management experience Effective budgeting and cost control skills Flexibility for participation in on call rota with the production team IT Literate Microsoft plus in house packages such as Intelex & SAP Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels Proven organisational skills, with high levels of accuracy and precision NEBOSH and/or IOSH certificate Management certificate level 3 or above (or demonstrable experience) The role is based between the sites of Eaton Hall, Congleton and Crown Farm, Oakmere both situated within Chesire. The sites are easily commutable from Crewe, Stoke-on-Trent, Winsford, Northwich, Stockport, Macclesfield, Knutsford and the surrounding areas. At Tarmac, who you are matters.
