SERVICEMANAGER
Reports To: GeneralManager
Contract: FullTimePermanent
Shift Pattern: Monday toFriday 10:00 to 19:00
Based:Scotlandwide with an office base in Glasgow. Occasional need totravel and for overnightstays.
Salary: 35000 to 37500 perannum with eligibility to earn uncappedcommission.
You must have a Driver sLicence to be eligible for this role and SIA License wouldadvantageous
YourRole:
The Service Managerholds a crucial position in facilitating the seamless operation ofour business. Reporting to the General Manager and providingsupport to the Select management team this role Exceptionalorganizational skills multitaskingcapabilities.
Responsibilities:
* Deploymentset up
* Servicedelivery
* Servicevisits
KeyTasks
* Take thelead on Invoice Management and Payment ofsuppliers
* Manage supplier servicedelivery and quality
* Site surveysprior to sale andreconfigurations
* Organise sitepacks
* Set up cleaning and securitylabour deployments
* Arrange 1st dayand 7th day with Area SupportManager.
* Good engagement with PrimeSecure support contract: Security Managers Monitoring Station andEngineering. Ensure all set up and ongoing service visits arecarried out.
* Manage and action guardreporting from Monitoring Station inc check call issue / book on /off issues / C&Wissues
* Manage and action CCTVreporting from Monitoring Station inc isolations / housekeeping /faults.
* Quarterly service visitsacross CCTV guarding and cleaning. Get feedback and resolveissues
* Manage and react to shiftblowout
* Manage customerexpectations
* Ensure Key Terms areupheld. Process billing; recons damage client led issuesetc
* Onboard new suppliers and hostperformance meetings asrequired
* Work to KPIs as setout.
* Incident resolution visits asrequired
* New business as required:Visit new site opportunities. Upsell in currentsites.
* Post Installations asrequired
* C&W checks asrequired
Requirements
* Understandingof Health and SafetyRegulations
* Able to drive a manualvehicle
* Have a full clean UK DrivingLicence
* Be organised flexible andreliable.
