Our client based in Hemel Hempstead is a successful and leading IT Technology company. They operate within a wide range of sectors, and produce products which are world renowned for reliability and quality. They are looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to support the field-based Account managers in obtaining pricing and the loading of orders onto the system and general maintenance of Salesforce.com.
Duties
1. Sales support for Field Sales who deal with large enterprise customers.
2. General Sales Support for Business Solutions Field Sales
3. Help manage renewal process for key accounts and renewals
4. Complete presales tickets
5. Quoting, Sourcing, and pricing Hardware, Software & Services.
6. Ensure quotes are accurately reflected in CRM system.
7. Attend appropriate training to ensure product and services knowledge is up to date.
8. To work closely with Technical Services to correctly specify services required for client quotes.
9. Negotiating best price with vendors/manufacturers to maximise margins.
10. Using OEM partner tools for deal reg and bid proposal e.g. HP, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, Dell etc.
11. High levels of Customer Satisfaction.
12. Close day to day relationship with Field Sales staff understanding their requirements.
13. Close relationship with SOP staff in order that the correct level of detail is provided ensuringpurchase ordering and invoicing is not delayed.
