We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Supplier Onboarding & Data Coordinator on a 12 months fixed term contract within our Commercial Operations team (Supplier Relationship Management). You will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for our suppliers. You will be responsible for coordinating the entire supplier onboarding process, ensuring that all due diligence requirements are met, high-quality data is provided, and onboarding is completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
This role requires strong stakeholder management, as you will collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple functions, ensuring effective tracking, governance, and escalation where necessary. Additionally, you will provide centralised query resolution, identify blockers to SLA adherence, and work with the business to implement mitigation plans.
A key aspect of the role will be maintaining and enhancing tracking processes using office-based platforms, as well as working closely with the Vendor Portal Manager to support the development of supplier-facing platforms that drive automation and efficiency. Success in this role will be measured by onboarding completion within SLA and supplier satisfaction scores, assessed through post-onboarding feedback surveys.

5. Collaborate with Range Planning and Category teams to align supplier onboarding with critical range review and launch timelines.
6. Monitor supplier onboarding progress daily, tracking performance against SLAs and capturing insights into delays and mitigation plans.
7. Escalate complex or high-risk onboarding blockers to the Head of Supplier Management.
8. Distribute regular progress reports to key internal stakeholders, including the Senior Leadership Team.
9. Work alongside the Vendor Portal Manager to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
10. Support the Vendor Portal Manager and Tech Team in scoping, discovery, and design of new onboarding processes.
