The post holder will work as a member of the District Nursing Service under the direction and supervision of the Team Leader District Nursing. The post holder will contribute to the implementation of nursing care as assessed and prescribed by the Registered Nurse. This will include working in a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency arena alongside the primary health care team., There are multiple demands in this exciting role due to the challenging nature of providing care for patients outside of the hospital environment. The post-holder will however find themselves well supported by a very friendly and enthusiastic team of staff.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
