CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST – OFFICE BASED / OPTION TO WORK FROM HOME AFTER 3 MONTHS
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance. Our client, Lloyds Banking Division, requires a specialist to deliver world-class customer service.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and assistance with their personal banking needs. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, resolving queries, and promoting our services.
About the Role:
* Salary: From £11.44 per hour
* Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
* Working Hours: 40 hours per week (including training)
Initial 3 months working on-site in Glasgow then opportunity to choose on-site or at-home working whichever suits you best

Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm and a desire to help out customers at the first point of contact
* Supporting and providing a positive experience for all our customers by helping them with all aspects of their personal banking, for example: bank transfers, direct debits, and digital banking support
* Promoting channels such as Internet Banking and ensuring that all customers are aware and have access to the Bank's complete range of services
