Job Title - Administrator
Hours - Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
£14.38 per hour
* Need to be able to use CAFM – Concept / Concept is absolutely key you need to have experience with this.
Key Responsibilities
1. Greeting Visitors: Welcoming guests and clients as they arrive.
2. Managing Phone Calls: Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
3. Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating and managing appointments for staff or management.
4. Administrative Tasks: Handling paperwork, data entry, and maintaining records.
5. Maintaining the Front Area: Keeping the reception area tidy and organized.
6. Customer Service: Addressing inquiries and resolving issues for visitors.
