The aim of the QA department and Returns Processor at Huboo is to enable and maintain the highest levels of service to its clients and customers. This role owns the management of all returned goods, inspects the quality, and ensures the right actions are taken in accordance with Huboo’s internal standards.
This role will be based in our warehouse in Severn Beach, BS35.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure returned goods are processed & returned to the correct HUB in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
2. Investigate any potential order fulfilment errors & take corrective actions to resolve.
3. Investigate errors raised by our clients with orders sent to their end consumer & update records with root cause.
4. Investigate & resolve any potential unknown returns, ensuring the goods can be processed accordingly.
5. Follow company procedures specific to returns management, ensuring stock is returned to the applicable HUB to be booked back in.
6. Own internal systems & records specific to returned goods.
7. Ensure all billing & charges specific to returned items are completed accurately and promptly.
8. Report findings of trends & errors to be presented to our clients where required.
9. Support development of solutions and suggestions for improvement.
10. Support a culture of continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications:
1. Drive to achieve daily targets for all received returns.
2. MS Office (Outlook & Excel).
3. Keen eye for detail.
4. Experience with managing record keeping & data entry.
5. Curiosity and problem-solving skills as required.
6. Confidence in talking to stakeholders and building positive working relationships.
Working Conditions:
* Working hours – 37.5 hours per week.
* Salary of £24,297.
* 09:00 – 17:30 but dependent on operational demands.
* Holiday entitlement: 25 days.
* 4 weeks sick pay.
