Are you a passionate and experienced improvement advisor in Quality Improvement (QI)?
We have an exciting opportunity for a senior QI advisor to join our team! You will help staff, patients, and carers to lead, co-produce, and design work focused on testing, measuring, and improving processes, outcomes, and the experience of care that we deliver. The successful candidate will have significant experience in teaching, coaching, and facilitating quality improvement and will be a senior improvement advisor in the QI team. If this sounds like you, then please do apply!
We are a highly motivated, caring, and enthusiastic team who work tirelessly to support our clinical and corporate services in trying to improve and understand what needs to change and why, so that we can then help test some changes that will lead to better outcomes. You will provide improvement science advice, coaching, mentoring, and also support teaching whilst at the same time being allocated a Directorate that you will work with the QI Forum leads to run the established QI Forums across NELFT.
The Senior Improvement Advisor for Quality Improvement (QI) will also support in developing the NELFT approach to quality management. We want to become an organisation that:
* Is driven by our aim of meeting our population quality priorities and works in partnership with patients, carers, and staff.
* Gets the balance right between quality planning, quality improvement, quality assurance, and control, enabling learning and using data effectively across these three parts of our quality management system.
* Embraces QI and empowers our staff, service users, carers, and patient representatives to make changes to improve quality and safety, with a clear and well-understood ‘NELFT method’.

As part of the process, new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers, and attend a number of drop-in sessions focusing on engagement, health and wellbeing, and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.
