This is a newly created role responsible for leading service management processes and aligning them with our clients' objectives. You will provide strategic direction, oversee service management activities, and coordinate efforts to ensure optimal service delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in line with future business strategies.
I'm looking to speak with candidates who have the below experience:
1. You should have proven experience in a leadership role within service management or the ITIL framework, including managing a Service Desk.
2. A strong understanding of IT operations, technologies, and current industry trends
3. In-depth knowledge of service management principles, frameworks, and methodologies, such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO
