Job Description
* Manage and maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
* Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information
* Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests
* Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
* Contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing related results as needed
* Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
* Manage compensation packages using payroll software
* Report on payroll expenses
The Successful Applicant
The successful Payroll Administrator should have:
* Demonstrable experience in a similar Payroll Administrator position
* Proficiency in MS Office and data entry
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
