Coupa Systems Administrator
12 Month Contract
Warwick (Largely remote role)
Day Rate C.£300 (Inside IR35)
Job Purpose
To act as the point of contact for all Coupa system issues and enhancements, both technical and non-technical through direct system administration activities or by managing 3rd parties to carry them out.
To act as SME and provide expertise and lead on Coupa support across multiple projects for system migration and/or new integration connections to Coupa, both inbound and outbound.
Key Accountabilities
1. Receive and analyse fortnightly Coupa minor (bug-fix) release notifications, determining any potential impact, liaising with appropriate internal support organisation to communicating to end-user community
2. Receive and analyse triannual Coupa major (new functionality) release notifications, regression testing sandbox environments and interfaces, liaising with appropriate internal support organisation to communicate to end-user community
3. Respond to tickets raised via the IT helpdesk & or Plugin and resolve within agreed SLA’s
4. Triage, investigate and resolve end-user support which should be via the PtP Frontdesk or SNOW tickets depending on their issues for both stock and non-stock items
5. Triage, investigate and resolve non-technical supplier queries with Catalogues, Punchout, PO and Invoice through SAN, CSP and cXML
6. Raise and manage Coupa support tickets with Coupa
7. Liaise with the help desk to explain, reproduce and find solutions to functional and technical queries
8. Liaise with IT support partner (Wipro) on interface issues and data synchronisation issues
9. Monitor and manage integration issues across inbound and outbound interfaces
10. Provide support to PTP and EBS across multiple projects covering migration of data, systems and/or new integration connections. Current planned programmes include migration of Ellipse to Maximo, SAP PI/PO to SAP BTP, Snowflake integration, amongst others.
Knowledge, Experience and Technical Know How
1. Coupa system/reporting knowledge and technical experience
2. An understanding of workflow approval-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram
3. Experience and strong understanding of system integrations and the different connectivity types
4. Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs.
5. A self-starter who delivers high quality work. Someone who can adapt to new challenges and can either on their own or as part of a team.
6. Working knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Experienced in implementing user requirements.
9. Good communication skills, able to deal with internal and external stakeholders/3rd party vendors.
10. Understand our customer’s needs and deliver on our agreed commitments managing both risk and value to provide an optimum solution
11. Migration/Integration working experience
