In this role you will be responsible for: Promoting and participating in the provision of physical and emotional care for our Service Users. Delivering care that has been planned in partnership with families and carers to meet the needs of the Service User. Forming positive relationships with Service Users to build trust, maintain social contact. Observing, assessing and monitoring Service Users' health, development and emotional well-being and interpreting verbal and non-verbal signs, initiating appropriate action as necessary. Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment by actively promoting and participating in the provision of high standards of physical care, hygiene and safety for all Service Users. Maintaining a standard of cleanliness within the service. Communication and record keeping by maintaining case records and writing reports in accordance with the client access and data recording systems.
