Our client, a leading IFA practice are seeking an IFA Administrator to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to growth our client is looking to add an IFA Administrator to their team, where you will be required to provide a high level of technical support to a team of Financial Advisors, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is maintained in your work at all times. The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience providing a high-level of administrative support to IFAs in a similar environment. As part of the role our client will help support you towards further qualifications in the future. Key Responsibilities: Complete research and cashflow modelling to support client advice Support all advisers in client meetings Being the first point of contact for clients on behalf of Advisers where possible Write suitability reports, including client review reports Complete all relevant administrative tasks where required Maintain product and industry knowledge Adhere to industry guidelines whilst maintaining compliance at all times Key Experience: Previous experience as an IFA Administrator in a Practice is necessary Ideally have some financial qualifications under your belt, working towards fullyqualified status Confident working across a team of Financial Advisers Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role Confident working both independently and as part o a team Able to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail at all times Strong financial knowledge with a keen interest in keeping up to date with new products and regulations This is an excellent opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join a thriving business who are leaders within their field.
