Are you an experienced Business Analyst currently (or most recently) working for an Insurtech company and looking for your next challenge? We are working with a dynamic and innovative Client working with MGAs and Brokers in Commercial Insurance on document software solutions, and theyre seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across various teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver impactful solutions that drive success. This role offers the chance to work on exciting projects in a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
2. Conduct detailed analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement
3. Develop and present clear, concise documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
4. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
5. Ensure successful delivery of projects by managing expectations and tracking progress
6. As your experience in the company develops, you may coach and guide junior BAs within the team
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a senior level Business Analyst
2. Solid experience must have been gained in an Insurtech working with Commercial Insurance, rather than retail/personal line products
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Experience working with Agile methodologies
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
6. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc.
7. Exposure to technology or digital transformation projects is highly desirable
