Work closely with teachers and parents to support pupils academic and personal development. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, following the UK curriculum. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning and development. A team player who is adaptable and able to respond to changing needs within the classroom. A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
