Responsibilities include: Completing New Business applications Submitting requests to pension providers Chasing outstanding information Updating systems with product information Handling incoming post and documentation, including updating systems Provide excellent customer service experience Candidates must have strong administrative skills, with excellent IT skills and the ability to communicate with both internal teams and external clients and providers.
