Company Description Brickhill Construction is the contracting arm of the Brickhill group of companies, specializing in residential and commercial projects. They build for Brickhill Homes and partner with Housing Associations to deliver affordable houses in the South East and South Midlands. Additionally, they provide cost-effective project solutions for the retail motor industry. Role Description These are full-time on-site Site Manager roles, intially located in either Milton Keynes, Houghton Regis or Luton due to current projects, future locations are project dependant. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing on site day-to-day operations, responsible for all stages of the build, managing subcontractors, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining safety and quality standards on-site. Ideal candidate we would like to find are ambitious driven individuals that want to take the next step up from an Assistant to a more responsible role. Qualifications Construction Management, Project Management, and Site Supervision skills Knowledge of construction methods and materials Experience in managing subcontractors and coordinating construction activities Strong communication and leadership skills Health and Safety regulations and compliance knowledge Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans Previous experience as an Assistant / Site Manager or similar role Relevant certifications in Construction Management or a related field Salary Negotiable competitive salary, based on experience and knowledge Fully expenses company vehicle (small van) Company contributed pension Discretionary annual bonus based on performance
