The role of Test Manager Your main responsibility will be to ensure the quality of ERP solutions by planning and leading test processes, monitoring test execution, handling errors, documenting quality, and minimising risks. Being responsible for the UK unit and customers and building the future team moving forward. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Define project testing scope, goals, and deliverables that support quality goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Develop full-scale test strategies and plans and associate communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. - Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve testing goals Set and continually manage Testing expectations with team members and other stakeholders and identify and manage project dependencies and critical path Plan and schedule testing timelines and milestones using appropriate Test Management tools. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. About You (The Essentials) You bring a minimum of 10 years of test management experience within Microsoft Dynamics, preferably from a Consultancy business. Furthermore, you have: Demonstrable, relevant Dynamics product knowledge for the role Commercial mindset and pre-sales knowledge Strong understanding of testing methodologies Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle Curious, looking to challenge the status quo and improve Collaborates well with both internal and external colleagues Committed to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor in your field.
