Planning AdministratorKetteringHours - Monday to Friday 8:30-5pmSalary - £23,500Our Kettering based client is recruiting a Planning Administrator on a permanent basis to join their team. The main purpose of this role is to carry out administrative tasks within the Planning Team in a timely manner, ensuring that all paperwork for regulated work is sent to various utility companies correctly and on time, assisting the Planning Team Leaders to ensure that utilities are installed in accordance with company processes. You will also liaise with utility companies and clients to ensure that the process from call off to the completion of utility installation runs smoothly. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
1. To carry out general administrative duties in a timely manner with a keen eye for detail.
2. To keep accurate paper and electronic records in line with Team and Operations Department protocol.
3. To manage customer queries, escalating to the Team Leader or Operations Manager as appropriate or necessary to ensure a satisfactory conclusion for all parties.
4. To liaise with relevant utility companies on queries, issues, and updates.
5. To be able to work to KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) so that the department meets its objectives.
