Your day-to-day: Develop and communicate impactful health & safety policies. Conduct risk assessments & audits, ensuring regulatory compliance. Lead emergency response planning & training. Investigate incidents & implement preventative strategies. Oversee health & safety budgets and resources. What we’re looking for: 5 years’ experience within Health and Safety. NEBOSH/IOSH certification. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead change and drive safety initiatives. Excellent communication skills.
