Trade Mark Administrator – London
A highly respected intellectual property firm is looking for an experienced Trade Mark Administrator to join its established team in London. The Role:
You will play a key role in supporting Trade Mark Attorneys with case management, application filings and administrative tasks throughout the prosecution process. You will have at least two years of trade mark experience and a strong background in IP administration.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing and distributing correspondence and legal documentation, ensuring all materials are accurately recorded in the firm’s document management system
2. Creating and managing trade mark case records using the firm’s case management system, including tracking deadlines and digital workflows
3. Filing UK, EU and international trade mark applications and handling post-filing formalities, including recording work-in-progress (WIP)
