This post is full time (37.5 hours per week, 5 over 7 days) and open ended. Flexibility will be required by mutual agreement and there may be some weekend and public holiday working at peak periods. In this role you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and service food to a high standard across a range of cuisines and styles of cooking. You will support the Executive Chef Manager with the delivery of a market leading customer experience. All of this is underpinned by a passion for food quality and presentation. UoG Commercial Ltd
