Role Overview: Due to an increase in instructions, they have an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing department, working alongside one of their directors. Key Responsibilities: Manage and progress purchase transactions under supervision. Prepare correspondence, forms, and documents in accordance with instructions. Manage a small caseload of sale files with minimal supervision. Facilitate the exchange of contracts. Prepare financial statements, SDLT submissions, and certificates for title for advance funds. Requirements: Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar conveyancing role. Good understanding and knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures. Exemplary client care and communication skills.
