We are hiring a part-time Retail Assistant for our flagship store in Soho. We’re interested in hearing from creative, forward-thinking, customer-focused individuals who want to be part of our mission. Not only will you be delivering exceptional customer service in our store, but you will also be deeply passionate about technology, acting as a brand ambassador both for our product and values.
You’ll have exceptional communication skills and understand how to motivate team members as well as create rapport with customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing and role modeling to the team exceptional customer service, bringing the brand ethos to life through storytelling.
2. Maintaining and giving the highest level of product knowledge and expertise to help our guests navigate the shopping experience.
3. Representing our brand and our core values.
4. Upholding the integrity and visuals of the space.
5. Staying on top of necessary store processes and operations, i.e., efficiently operating all POS systems, stock control, stock management, and loss prevention.
6. Staying up to date with sales and consumer trends to help achieve our sales objectives and coach the team in these.
7. Helping with in-store events, launches, and community meets.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working in a unique retail environment, providing exceptional customer service is required.
2. Genuine passion for tech and enthusiasm for Nothing’s product portfolio.
3. Ability to supervise and motivate team members.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Alignment with our company values.
