Craigavon (BT67) Salary c.£26K - £28K DOE We are pleased to be working on behalf who have an immediate need for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their join their accounts team. Key responsibilities: Maintaining Accounts Payable inbox. Review and verify invoices. Inputting supplier invoices onto the system. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies. Reconcile company credit cards. Supplier statement reconciliations. Assist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations. Generate reports. Prepare payment run. Essential eligibility criteria: Recent experience working as part of a busy finance team. Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Assistant or similar role. Practical knowledge of computerised accounts packages. Strong IT Skills - with a high level of expertise in use of Microsoft Excel. Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload. Strong planning and organising skills. Good numeracy and time management skills. Keen eye for detail.
