Lettings Manager - Ash Vale, Surrey
Salary £30k basic, £40-50k OTE, guarantee for 6 months (negotiable on salary)

We are a well-established, independent estate agency with a strong presence across Surrey and Hampshire, and we're looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join our thriving Ash Vale office.

Key Responsibilities:
* Value and list rental properties, offering expert advice to both new and existing landlords
* Create compelling property listings using CRM and marketing tools
* Identify and secure new valuation opportunities to expand the business
* Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, enhancing their experience while identifying ways to grow the portfolio
* Work with buy-to-let investors and portfolio landlords to increase client retention and business opportunities
* Maximise revenue by upselling service offerings and negotiating tenancy renewals
* Oversee the full lettings process, from applicant registration to move-in coordination
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements and support rent collection where necessary
* Analyse key business metrics and work on strategies to improve performance
* Collaborate with sales colleagues to identify cross-selling opportunities
* Train and develop your team, leading by example
* Support office operations, including coordinating weekend viewing staff

* Proven experience in property valuations and listings

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45 am-6:00 pm, plus one in three Saturdays (9:00 am-5:00 pm, with a day off in lieu).
