Fraud Investigator - Household Claims
Locations: Leicester or Bexhill (hybrid) but with a degree of flexibility of how often you have to be in the office
Job Details
* Conducting new reviews of newly identified claims which are of concern, and where appropriate, supply guidance or feedback to the wider claims teams.
* Conducting investigations on claims where we hold a suspicion of fraud - conducting desktop investigations, conducting formal interviews, liaising with suppliers, use of intelligence solutions.
* Conducting intelligence and desktop investigations using various systems.
* Being a technical referral point for Home Claims Handlers to support in fraud identification.
* Supporting the design of relevant fraud processes.
* Support us in delivering a market leading fraud defence for Home Claims.
Skills we would love you to have
* Strong technical claims understanding and familiar with the end to end claims journey.
* Strong technical fraud background or experience of household or property claims.
* Capable of making decisions, challenging the status quo and a strong communicator who can engage with a varied audience.
