This is a key role within the business reporting into the Ecommerce Delivery Manager, supporting with the successful growth and expansion of numerous international websites, both transactional and non-transactional.
This role will cover requirement gathering and refinement, backlog planning, prioritisation, bug resolution, UAT, release management and all project launches.
You will assist with the day-to-day management of the sites, capture and define website requirements across multiple projects by liaising with team members & agencies. In addition, you will support with workshops, industry/competitor research, planning, document creation, data preparation and UAT.
