Client Relationship Executive – Office Based Are you a driven and proactive individual with a passion for client service? We’re looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping client experiences and driving business success. As the go-to expert for client service and contract management, you’ll collaborate with multiple departments to ensure top-tier service delivery, monitor performance, and ensure smooth implementation of new business streams. You’ll take on the exciting challenge of managing key client relationships, documenting actions, and ensuring seamless contract execution. What we're looking for: 1-2 years of experience in Client Relationship Management and Stakeholder Management Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to engage effectively at all levels Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Experience presenting complex data to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions and drive business performance What you will be doing: Proactively monitoring client specific processes to ensure they are working as expected and delivering objectives Maintaining positive working relationships with clients, creation of business update information and MI packs Completing summary reports of any client meeting and distribute to the senior leadership teams, and business units, and ensure action points from the meeting and other communications are followed up and matters resolved. Leading any development requirements resulting from implementation and/or changes in client specifications and/or requirements.
