Your role:
You will drive quality referrals through improved access and awareness of implantable hearing solutions within the referring audiology channel.
You will be responsible for educating referring audiologists and driving awareness in partnership with educational bodies, charities, and auxiliary hearing health professionals, ensuring that implant candidacy and criteria are fully understood, translating into best practices within referring centres.
This is an excellent opportunity to continue your professional growth in account management, partnering with sales teams to promote referral education and support direct consumer activities, whilst using your knowledge and experience in project management. In the team, we are supporting all regions of the United Kingdom; if successful, you will have the opportunity to cover a South East region.
Who we are looking for:
* Degree in Audiology
* 2+ years ENT experience
* Confident presenter/public speaker in both virtual and in-person applications
* Effective communicator
* Project Management experience (desirable)
* Commercial acumen (desirable)
* Proactive and efficient contributor, working in teams or autonomously when required
* Independent thinker
* Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* You will be working in your own region and also from home office
