As a data analyst, you will be responsible for delivering enhanced reports to internal and external stakeholders, interpreting and presenting data clearly and professionally.
Successful candidates will need to obtain and maintain security clearance before starting, including providing a minimum of 3 years of UK employment, education, and residential history.
Reporting to the Continuous Improvement and Process Manager.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Manage and improve contract KPI reporting
* Analyze data trends and conduct root cause analysis
* Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and presentations
* WMS interrogation and compliance monitoring
* Support the CI Manager with data to identify savings opportunities
* Enhance MI reporting for internal and customer use, enabling operational focus
* Assist in new bids with real-time MI demonstrations
* Improve reporting efficiency and insightfulness, identifying cost-saving opportunities
* Work across systems such as Manhattan, Insight, EcoOnline, Oracle, Asset Suite 9, and Supplier Portal
What You Will Bring
* Understanding of data applications in reporting
* Knowledge of data extraction and quality control
* Familiarity with Data Warehouse and ETL processes
* Strong SQL skills and relational database knowledge
* Experience with data formats like CSV, JSON, Parquet
* Ability to create visuals that support management decisions
* Proven track record of process improvements
* Experience partnering with financial and operational teams
* Strong interpersonal skills, influencing senior stakeholders, mentoring juniors
