About the Role
We are looking for a Delivery / Operations Manager with strong project management skills, experience managing global engineering teams, and a passion for improving operational processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in complex businesses with real-time analysts, ideally in utilities or telecommunications.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing startup with a flat structure, where you’ll work closely with the co-founders, who have over 25 years of experience in the sector. You'll play a key role in optimizing workflows, improving efficiency, and working across different areas of the business. This is a full-time, office-based role in London, perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing Engineering Teams: Oversee and support engineers across multiple global locations, ensuring collaboration, delivery, and performance.
* Project Management: Plan, track, and execute projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.
* Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, implement best practices, and drive continuous operational improvements.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to track team performance, optimize workflows, and inform strategic choices.
* Working with Real-Time Analysts: Manage and collaborate with real-time data teams, ensuring effective operational decision-making.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, product, and technical teams to align and achieve business goals.
* Hands-On Startup Culture: Be involved in various business functions in a flat structure, where adaptability and innovation are key.

* Background in complex businesses with real-time analysts, ideally in utilities or telecoms.
* Proven track record of implementing and improving processes in a high-growth or startup environment.
* Strong data analytics skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions that improve operations.
* Comfortable working in a flat structure, collaborating directly with co-founders and senior leadership.
* A hands-on, flexible approach—able to step in and handle a wide variety of tasks, big or small.
