Job Description
* Implement and maintain effective reward strategies and policies
* Lead the annual reward cycle using Successfactors
* Manage salary benchmarking processes
* Provide specialist advice on reward issues
* Develop and manage reward communications
* Support the wider HR team with projects and initiatives
* Analyse data to inform reward decisions and strategy
* Ensure compliance with legislation and best practice
The Successful Applicant
A successful Reward HRBP or Reward Manager should have:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry
* Ideally proficiency in Successfactors
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong understanding of reward strategies and policies
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team

* A competitive salary range of approximately £55,500 - £70,000 DOE
