Monday to Friday – Hybrid after 3 months

You'll handle inquiries across phone, email, and live chat, ensuring every customer has a positive experience with our brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat
* Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards
* Accurately document all interactions and escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams
* Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer service practices
