We are seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer Coach in Horticulture to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to helping others succeed. As a Trainer Coach, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to a diverse audience, including students, professionals, and hobbyists. Main Duties of the Role: Facilitate an effective and quality apprenticeship learning experience to a cohort of work-based learners in all aspects of horticulture Coach and train apprentices in both workshop and one-to-one sessions that supports the development of new skills, knowledge and behaviours as defined within the relevant apprenticeship standard. Design and implement workshop/training sessions in college or the workplace as a mandatory requirement of the off the job training Monitor, review and regularly assess the progress of apprentices. Essential Requirement: Appropriate degree or equivalent vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in their area of expertise. A1 or Assessors TAQA Award or equivalent or willing to work towards Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualifications or willing to work towards. An introductory Level 3 Teaching Qualification or willing to work towards Up to date vocational competence in area of expertise What we offer: 40 days annual leave Bank Holidays.
