The Governing Body are seeking a committed, enthusiastic leader with the passion and motivation to build on the schools’ excellent legacy, bringing fresh perspective, innovation and clear vision to lead The Federation into its next phase of growth and development.
An empathetic leader with extensive communication skills is required to work alongside a strong senior leadership team and committed governing body.The inspirational individual will need to demonstrate high quality leadership, to further develop the inclusive learning opportunities that celebrates our community members in our beautiful and well-equipped sites.

Selection Procedure
The shortlist will be drawn up and the selection process will take place during the week beginning 24th February 2025. Further details will be sent to those candidates called for interview.
Applicants will be advised after the shortlisting date whether they have been successful.
