Managing a portfolio of arrears cases within the 60-90 aged debt category
Arranging sustainable repayment plans
Responsible for completion of the collection and recovery process in order to minimise risk, prevent arrears and ensure timely collection of payments
Review cases for bad debt provision recommendation
Review accounts where recovery is unlikely or not cost effective

The successful candidate for the role of Recoveries Account Manager (HYBRID WORKING) will have:
minimum of 2/3 years of collections/recoveries experience - specifically bad debt collection, insolvency, litigation and asset recovery
Great communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of contract and consumer credit
