Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only)

Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for student welfare and pastoral care within the school.
* Provide emotional and social support to students, fostering a safe and inclusive school environment.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to address individual student needs.
* Monitor attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing, implementing intervention strategies as required.
* Promote positive relationships and respect across the school community.
Qualifications:
* Experience working in a pastoral or student support role within an educational setting.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
* A proactive and compassionate approach to supporting student wellbeing.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
