Support the Hotel Manager in recruitment, training, and performance management of the Housekeeping Team, ensuring cleaning standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met. Take accountability for managing laundry, stock, rotas, and labour controls to ensure smooth operations and cost-efficiency. Have an eye for detail, ensuring brand standards are adhered to in all rooms, delivering a consistently high-quality experience for every guest. What we need: You to demonstrate strong knowledge of health and safety compliance, including COSHH, and manage all audit processes to an excellent standard, ensuring 100% compliance throughout the hotel. Use your excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying calm under pressure while leading the housekeeping team to deliver top service and performance. Be agile in your thinking and manage your time effectively to meet business needs, ensuring smooth operation in both housekeeping and front office management.
