About the Role:
As a Female PE Teacher, you will play a crucial role in promoting physical education and encouraging students to develop a love for sports and fitness. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality PE lessons and extracurricular activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on a supportive and energetic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities of PE Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging physical education lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged.
Teach Physical Education lessons to students in Key Stage 3 (Ages 11-14) and Key Stage 4 (Ages 14-16).
Organize and supervise extracurricular sports activities and events, fostering a sense of teamwork and school spirit.
Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external coaches to enhance the PE curriculum and support student development.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
Promote health and safety in all physical activities, ensuring students understand the importance of safe practices.
Requirements of PE Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience in teaching PE or coaching sports is essential.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best in physical education.
Commitment to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among students.
Relevant qualifications or training in physical education (desirable but not essential).
