Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls from customers and clients, providing information on services.
· Manage appointments, ensuring that they are scheduled effectively and efficiently.
· Communicate with customers to provide a tailored and supportive service, answering any questions and addressing any concerns.
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met.
· Liaise with linguists to ensure that appointments are booked according to their availability.
Requirements:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to be empathetic and patient.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Wage:
The starting wage is £22,550 annually.
