Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Export Administrator / Coordinator to work for our prestigious client based in Walsall.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a private organisation at a time whereby they are growing considerably and continuing to export their products worldwide.
Our Client is the largest manufacturer of its kind and has the capacity and experience to meet the needs of an increasingly demanding market.
Duties will include:
* Preparing all required export documentation
* Ensuring all exports are compliant with VAT regulations
* Maintaining strict compliance with export regulations
* Organising despatch
* Being the point of contact for freight forwarders
* Ensuring correct invoicing
* Ensuring all files have the correct proof of export documentation
* Handling shipments under Letter of Credit
* Liaising with customers
The ideal candidate:
* Must have at least 12 months experience within an Export / Despatch Admin role
* Knowledge of VAT regulations / export regulations
* Use of all Microsoft Packages to include Excel
* Good organisational skills
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.30pm, Fridays 8.30am – 3.30pm
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
