If you’re an experienced pharmacist looking to progress your career and develop your leadership skills whilst also maintaining a patient-facing role, we have the job for you! We’re expanding our senior clinical team and are looking for motivated, dynamic pharmacists to provide clinical expertise and leadership across our medicine and surgical divisions. You’ll be instrumental in developing pharmacy services and mentoring our pharmacists on their foundation pathway.
We have part-time (minimum 22.5 hours) and full-time hours available across three posts:
* Lead pharmacist for Medicine covering cardiology, endocrinology, respiratory, gastroenterology and our award-winning spinal unit.
* Lead pharmacist for Surgery covering general surgery, upper GI, colorectal, gynaecology, urology, ENT and day surgery.
* Lead pharmacist for Orthopaedics, Burns & Plastics covering orthopaedics, our specialist regional burns and plastics unit and pre-operative assessment.
This role attracts a £2,000 RRP payment alongside the Band 8a salary and we can also offer a relocation allowance.
You’ll be a strong, organised, hardworking and dedicated clinician with great communication skills and a passion for education and training. You’ll have a Postgraduate Clinical Diploma (or equivalent experience) and ideally be a current non-medical prescriber or willing to work towards the qualification.
