An exceptional opening has developed for a SEN Teaching Assistant to start ASAP at a large Primary school in Mid Cornwall.
This mainstream school accommodates for a range of pupils with SEND who need 1:1 support; therefore previous experience of supporting adults or young people with additional needs is a necessity to this role. Those with a background in care, sports or within any educational based roles would be of great interest.
Any experience of Makaton, PEC's or BSL is highly advantageous. Applicants with Team Teach training are urged to apply, however, training can be provided to upskill those without this qualification.
