We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Southampton You will need to be a strong team player with excellent administration, communication skills and demonstrate the ability to multi task in this fast paced environment. You will be working and supporting both Permanent Recruitment and Contracting desk sourcing the right talent for clients and keeping active candidates up to date with new vacancies. Key Responsibilities for a Junior Recruitment Consultant Sourcing and shortlisting candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates Supporting senior consultants in managing the full recruitment cycle from start to finish Arranging initial candidate call Preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing applications Achieving and exceeding recruitment targets Developing a solid understanding of client industries and job roles Regular communications with client contacts, new and existing.
